Bask in the magic of the full moon each month and stay socially engaged! Connect with our inner and outer nature through sensory-opening invitations. Share in a special experience with a global community of nature lovers.
How is the experience?
In this Remote Forest Bathing and Nature Immersion Experience, I will be guiding from the Ponderosa Pine Forests or Spectacular Lakes of Prescott Arizona.
You will be joining me via my Zoom account from your room with a view, garden, neighborhood park, or any nature spot you choose and have access to. During the walk, I’ll usually have my video on so you get to experience sights that may be new to you. I’ll also have my audio on most of the time and if you choose to, you’re welcome to connect to bird songs, whispering breeze, babbling brooks and/or other nature sounds.
As a Certified Guide trained with the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy Guides and Programs (ANFT), I will follow a standard sequence to help you slow down and awaken your senses. These invitations serve as your doorway to a heightened state of present moment awareness.
Countless studies have shown the positive impact on our health as we interact with nature elements in an intentional way. During the virtual walk, you may experience body sensations such as deeper breathing and slower heart rate, along with more mental relaxation and/or invigorated imagination. My invitations will help you to naturally balance your nervous system and boost up your immunity.
Human health is intricately linked to the health of our planet. As you deepen your personal relationship with the natural world, you become more aware of your role in the web of life. Then perhaps you’ll start to fall in love with yourself, others, and the world in a new way.
Note: All front-line healthcare workers can join any of the walks for FREE. Please write me a short email and I’ll offer a coupon to offset the full price. Anyone who’s experiencing financial hardship at this time can also contact me to gain FREE access to one or more of my walks. I’m here to support everyone in need of the benefits of forest bathing.

Who is the host?
Jackie Kuang is an ANFT trained and certified Nature and Forest Therapy Guide based in Prescott, Arizona of the United States. She’s also a mentor for some guides in practicum and a trainer contracted by ANFT to conduct guide trainings in different parts of the world. Her biggest joy in her work is witnessing the tremendous healing power of nature places like the forest, a garden, or the ocean, and also the exquisite beauty of authentic human connection.
Jackie has been actively guiding wherever she goes. When she lived in Los Angeles, she brought the forest bathing program to the LA Arboretum and guided weekly at Monrovia Canyon Park via AirBnB Experiences. Now she lives in Prescott with her beloved husband, son, cat, several houseplants, and a myriad of beings in the yard. She has established a partnership with Highlands Center for Natural History to offer monthly walks.
In addition to places in the US, she has also guided walks in Mexico, China, New Zealand, Sweden, and Costa Rica. She’s looking forward to guiding more and more people all over the planet, so that we, as a species and as individuals, remember and heal our relationship with the natural world, for the benefit of all. She feels great being able to offer these experiences and to support non-profit organizations dear to her heart in the meantime. Shauna, California, US
It was a good chance to slow down with Jackie’s guidance, not needing to get anywhere but take time to notice and take pleasure in a beautiful natural setting. The invitations that she led made it possible to make a connection with others in our day’s group as well, so it was both a peaceful and social experience.
Greg, Vancouver, Canada
Oh my gosh Jackie – it was so beautiful! I loved especially your water invitations – very healing for me.

Your virtual walk was excellent! I loved the water invitation, ending with a cup of wild tea offered into the flowing river of life – a perfect way to bring closure to your heart-felt walk.
